TRADITIONS REMINDERS

- Spring Lights is fully self-supporting through fellowship contributions (Tradition 7). Suggested donation $25; no DA member is turned away for lack of funds.

- Use first name + last initial only. Tradition 11 anonymity at the level of press, radio, films, television, and all other public media is respected.

- The Twelve Step shares and the Finding Courage panel will be AUDIO RECORDED ONLY (no video) for distribution to the DA fellowship through fellowship-internal channels. Open sharing, potluck, breakouts, and Talent Show are not recorded.

- What you hear here stays here. (Tradition 12)

A few notes on the choices:

I formatted in plain text — no markdown bold, no headers, no special characters Zoom might mangle. Em dashes and bullet markers are kept (Zoom handles unicode); everything else is straight ASCII.

The 3:35 PM parallel-track note is a single indented line rather than a separate item — so an online attendee skimming the schedule knows there's a breakout option without it making the schedule look more crowded.

The Traditions block is the bottom third of the agenda by design. Attendees skim from the top, get the day's flow, then if they read further they hit the anonymity / recording / contribution framing before they ever join. Putting it after the schedule lets the structure breathe; putting it before would have buried the times.

I deliberately did not name individual speakers, panelists, readers, MCs, or the Talent Show coordinators. Two reasons. (1) The Zoom agenda is public-facing at the meeting invite level, and Tradition 11 is cleanest when the agenda doesn't have a roster baked in. (2) The lineup is still firming up (Step 8, Step 12, both MCs still open as of v37), and the agenda would need re-editing every time a slot fills.

The "AUDIO RECORDED ONLY (no video)" line uses capitals to make the audio-only policy visually unmissable on a quick scroll. Members who care about facial-recognition / video concerns will see it instantly.
