Join the NorCal Debtors Anonymous Intergroup for an online workshop on buying a home or investment property using the Twelve Tools of DA. We'll explore how tools such as Spending Plans, Pressure Relief Meetings, Action Plans, Record Maintenance, and Outreach can help members prepare financially, make informed decisions, and stay grounded throughout the homebuying process.

Participants will hear from DA members who purchased homes (or are in the process of purchasing) while practicing these recovery principles and will learn how they applied specific DA Tools at different stages of the process. Through interactive activities, participants will identify challenges that can arise when buying a home, explore how the Tools can be applied in real-life situations, and reflect on ways to approach decisions with greater clarity rather than fear or urgency. The workshop will leave participants with practical ideas for using the DA program to support their own path toward homeownership.
